OUR PILLARS

The FAL Agenda (2025 -2030)

At the Fuad Atanda-Lawal Foundation, our agenda is one of purpose, where opportunity meets preparedness, and access becomes a right, not a privilege. We exist to bridge the gap between potential and possibility, ensuring that the people who need support the most are not left behind. Over the next five years, our work will focus on measurable and sustainable impact across three core pillars: Health, Education, and Women & Youth Empowerment.

Health

We are committed to expanding access to quality healthcare across underserved communities. By the first year, the Foundation aims to conduct a minimum of 4 large-scale medical outreaches annually, reaching at least 5,000 beneficiaries with free consultations, treatments, health education, and critical surgeries. Beyond these interventions, we will collaborate with healthcare practitioners and insurance providers to ensure continuity of care beyond outreach days.

Education

Through education, our goal is to bridge the gap between aspiration and achievement. Our ₦20 million Education Fund, launched in 2025, is dedicated to providing scholarships for qualified indigent students in public tertiary institutions, prioritizing those who demonstrate excellence and resilience. By 2027, we will have supported over 200 students through scholarships, mentorship programs, and empowerment. We believe education is not just a pathway to self-reliance, but the cornerstone for generational advancement.

Women & Youth Empowerment

Empowerment for us means inclusion, creating tangible opportunities for women and young people to build and sustain their businesses. Within the first year, we will empower at least 300 beneficiaries through business grants, vocational training, and access to financial literacy initiatives. Our long-term vision is to scale this to 1,000 beneficiaries in five years, build a thriving ecosystem of SMEs, innovators, and community leaders.

Get Involved

Now, it’s your turn.

At the heart of the FAL Foundation Agenda is sustainability, ensuring that every project leaves behind systems that continue to work long after the initial intervention. By 2030, we envision a Nigeria where communities are healthier, women are economically empowered, the youth are drivers of innovation, and children have equitable access to quality education.
