
Olanrewaju Wilton-Waddell is a results-driven professional with extensive experience spanning finance, agribusiness, food processing, and environmental services.
He currently serves as Technical Assistant to the Executive Secretary of the National Agricultural Development Fund (NADF), where he provides strategic and technical support in agricultural financing, program design, and stakeholder engagement to advance Nigeria’s food security and rural development objectives.
He is the Founder and Chairman of the Board of Dilos Foods Ltd, a Lagos-based food processing and packaging company that sources raw materials directly from local farmers, empowering them through structured offtake arrangements while expanding access to nutritious food products across Nigeria and the UK.
Prior to establishing Dilos Foods Ltd, Olanrewaju spent several years at the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), where he worked in the Managing Director’s office and the investment division. In these roles, he managed and restructured non-performing assets, conducted financial and market analyses, developed portfolio optimization strategies, and provided executive-level advisory support.
His work at AMCON strengthened his expertise in financial analysis, project execution, and stakeholder management across the public and private sectors.
In addition to his executive roles, he serves on the boards of Cleanway Ltd, a pioneer environmental services company, and Glendale & Durhan Ventures Ltd, an agro-commodity trading business, contributing to operational oversight, strategic planning, and sustainable growth initiatives.
An alumnus of IE Business School, Madrid (MBA), and Redeemer’s University (B.Sc. Accounting), Olanrewaju is PRINCE2 certified and skilled in project management, strategic planning, stakeholder relations, and financial analysis.
He combines deep sectoral insight with a passion for building impact-driven solutions that connect finance, agribusiness, and sustainability.
